1. Cancellation by the Client
- Subscription-Based Services: You may cancel your membership subscription at any time by notifying us in writing via email at support@shubhrishtha.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. Refunds for the unused portion of the billing cycle are not provided unless required by applicable law.
- Event or Consultation Bookings: Cancellations for scheduled events, consultations, or personalized sessions must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will not be refunded, though we may offer a credit for future services at our discretion.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Initial deposits or registration fees paid to activate your profile or start services are non-refundable, as they cover administrative and setup costs.
2. Cancellation by Shubh Rishtha
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your membership, event participation, or service access if:
- You violate our Terms of Service (e.g., providing false profile information).
- You fail to make payments as per the agreed schedule.
- You exhibit inappropriate behavior toward staff, members, or participants during events or interactions.
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be assessed based on services already provided and determined at our discretion.
3. Refund Eligibility and Process
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds are available for event or consultation cancellations made within the 15-day notice period or in cases where we fail to deliver promised services due to our error. Subscription refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles unless required by law.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of your request and issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Items: Deposits, registration fees, and costs for services already rendered (e.g., completed consultations or events attended) are not refundable.
4. Modifications Instead of Cancellation

5. Force Majeure
Shubh Rishtha is not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit where possible, but refunds will not be guaranteed.
